Week 17: Oct 11th - 17th

This week Jacob printed the remaining parts of the chassis including the battery holder and the electronics compartment. These two parts are shown below.

The battery holder, on the left, screws into the top of the chassis and the battery fits in the borders. The electronics housing, on the right, fits underneath the chassis and screws in to the supports via the four vertical arms. Once attached the electronics housing will hold the Arduino Mega, the voltage regulators for the servos, the Bluetooth module, the H-Bridge motor drivers for the Mecannum wheel motors, and the prototype board for all of the connection to be soldered on. With these parts attached, the physical portion of the project will be complete and connections can be made and tested.
